2.          Approve October Financial Statements

3.          Commend the Addison Girls Varsity Volleyball Team for being the State 1A Champions.

4.          Approve Steve Miller as Boy’s Head Basketball Coach at Addison for the 2004-2005 season.

5.          Approve coaches/supplements at Meek School for the following personnel:

·        Diona Kimbrell – Jr. High Volleyball

·        Devin Guthrie – Jr. High Softball

·        Gary O’Gwin – Jr. High Baseball Coach

·        David Rice (volunteer coach)

6.          Accept resignation of Nina Thrasher as Interim Band Director for Lynn School effective November 5, 2004.

7.          Approve out-of-state trip for Students and Teachers from Addison, Meek, and Winston County High School to attend Family and Consumer Science Leadership Conference, November 19-21, 2004.

8.          Approve revision of the following policies:

·        GALE-F1 – Travel Reimbursement Request Form

·        IFCB – Field Trips and Excursions

·        IFCB-F1 – Field Trip Request Form

·        JCDAE – Student Drug & Alcohol Policy statement

·        TAH – Use of buses for academic field trips

9.          Approve maternity leave of absence for Leigh-Ann May, Librarian at Lynn Elementary, for the remainder of the 2004-2005 school year, effective December 1, 2004.

10.      Approve employment of Brenda Waldrep as bus driver at Meek to replace Rocky Campbell effective December 1, 2004.

11.      Approve paying McAleer Solutions, Inc. for Annual License Agreement in the amount of $12,775.00.

12.      Set next Board Meeting for December 16, 2004 at 12:30 p.m.
