Lunch plates are served with 8 ounces milk.
Breakfast plates are served with 8 ounces of milk and 4 ounces of juice.

Daily lunch menu serving - 8 oz milk, 2 oz meat, 2 oz bread, 1/2 c vegetable, 1/2 c fruit

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Many Winston County families are being affected by the economy. If you have lost your job or your wages have been cut, please contact your school about applying for free or reduced price meals for your school age children. Parents may apply for these meals anytime their income changes during the school year.
If you know any family whose income has decreased since school began, please tell them to contact their school for an application.
