Be Ready
Camp is a program that promotes citizen preparedness and participation to sixth
graders in Alabama using multiple
approaches to learning. Be Ready Camp is located at the U.S. Space and Rocket
Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
Students selected from Double Springs Middle School to attend this camp were:
Adam K., Caitlin M., Hunter H. and Hayden H. Congratulations to Adam K. for
winning the Golden Arrow Award at the Be Ready Camp. He won this award for going
above and beyond the call of duty in his search and rescue efforts during the
mock disaster.
