Constitution Day Program
Monday, September 17, 2007
First Grade - Led the Pledge of Allegiance
and showed their Statue of Liberty art projects.
Kindergarten - Sang "God Bless America" and
performed it with sign language. They also sang
"I am a Flag" wearing their Uncle Sam hats they
made.
Second Grade - Showed their United States map
and sang "The Fifty States" song.
Third Grade - Presented facts about the
Constitution.
Fourth Grade - Presented pictures and facts
about several national monuments - Lincoln
Memorial, Mount Rushmore, etc.
Fifth and Sixth Grade - Presented information on
the flag and the meaning of the colors and
concluded with the saying of the Pledge of
Allegiance.
There were 120 people who signed in for the
program. Mrs. Reed was present.
