Veteran's Day 2011
Mrs. Baughn's 5th grade presented a Veteran's Day program that included a salute to each branch of our military: Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines. We appreciate the sacrifices of our veterans as well as those currently serving in our nation's military.
We did have 2 Army veterans present for our program. We appreciate the service to our country...Mr. Marlon Guthrie and Mrs. Belinda Cagle.

grader, Becky; she was the winner of
the essay contest; the theme was "Are You
Proud of Your Country?" Becky's sponsoring
teacher was Mrs. Magen Alsup.
