  • Parents,
Please make all efforts to have travel arrangements made for your child BEFORE he/she leaves for school. We are having 30-40 call-in bus/car rider changes per day. This has caused some confusion for students, and it has become a major interruption for classes. Also, please be reminded that attendance is posted ALL DAY (7:50 until 3:00). Students are working all day long. Tardies have also become a problem; the late bell rings at 7:50. Please also check into the office BEFORE you go to a classroom. All of these things are asked of you for your child’s safety and to give him/her the best opportunity to learn. Thank you for your support of LES!
    • Any parent who needs to contact a teacher may want to do that during the planning period. Those times are posted on the faculty page.
    • Please contact Lynn Elementary School by 2:15 p.m. if you are going to be making changes in your child's afternoon transportation arrangements. It is important that we receive changes in time to communicate to the classroom teachers.
    • Read Newsletters from Mrs. Ritter here.
    • Lunchroom Give-a-way

Lynn Elementary School created a "Thank You" bulletin board in each building. Students, along with anyone else could post a "thank you" note on the bulletin board during the first semester. Many students wrote notes to their teachers, lunchroom, custodial, and office staff, and even the principal! At the end of the semester, a name was drawn from each board and the winning names received a gift and lunch in the office with Mrs. Ritter. This is just one way of showing appreciation within our school for the people who work as a team to make us the very best we can be. After all, CHARACTER COUNTS! The 4-6 building winner was Devon. The K-3 building winner was Anna Grace.
