Information for Parents

  • School Visitor/Volunteer Check-In Safety Change Effective Monday, February 4, 2008

In an effort to keep our children as safe as possible at school, all visitors and volunteers to school must report to the office with your driver’s license BEFORE going anywhere else on the campus. Your driver’s license will be screened by a new check-in safety computer program. If your license clears, you will receive a dated and timed computer printed visitor’s badge with your picture and your name and purpose of your visit printed on it. After your visit is complete, you must come back through the office and check-out on the computer. Remember, you must have your driver’s license with you to receive access to any other part of the school other than the office. Teachers will be looking for the computer printed badge before they let you enter a classroom. Thank you for your help with this. Lynn Elementary will continue to put our children first. Thank you again.
