Parents whose child(ren) has unused medication remaining at the end
of the school year will be notified by letter from the local school
nurse. The letter will give a date by which such medication must be
picked up from the local school nurse. If medication is not picked
up by the stated date, it will be disposed of by school officials
according to school system procedure.
