We had a special visitor at Meek Elementary, Brenda LaDun from
ABC 33/40 news. She was brought in by helicopter on the 50 yard line
of our football field. She then spoke to our entire student body at
the elementary gym about her experience battling cancer. She was
given the key to the town of Arley. Before she left she told the
students to never give up, and that they were all special.
