2010 AHSAA 1A State Cheerleading
Champions
November 20, 2010 at Wallace State Community
College in Hanceville, over 1,200 cheerleaders
from 71 teams participated in the 14th annual
event administered by the Universal Cheerleaders
Association. The squads in the varsity and
junior classic competitions went through their
routines before over 2,700 fans.
Meek High Cheerleaders also won 1st place in the
North Alabama Regional Cheer Competition on
November 6,2010 where they received an
invitation to the National Cheerleading
Competition in Orlando, Florida in February
2011.
