Dual Enrollment and AP Course Information

Dual Enrollment for Dual Credit is an enrichment opportunity allowing eligible high school students to earn high school and college credits for courses taken through an Alabama Community College System (ACCS) institution while still enrolled in high school. We are proud of our partnerships with Bevill State Community College, Wallace State Community College, and Northwest Shoals Community College for the enriching dual enrollment opportunities provided to our students. We have also had students participate in the University of Alabama's Early College and Auburn University's "Auburn First" program. ALSDE Guiding Procedures for Dual Enrollment

A+ College Ready supports 40 total courses: 24 courses in grades 6-10 and 16 Advanced Placement courses. All curricular materials are housed in Canvas, and contain various templates and strategies for support. All Advanced Placement Course materials are aligned to the College Board's AP Course Exam and Description, and all 6-10 courses (11th grade in math) are aligned to the Alabama Courses of Study.
